A movement dedicated to fostering belonging, compassion, resilience, and meaningful connection in schools, workplaces, and communities.
The Better Humans mission is to alleviate loneliness and build a more connected world by fostering mental fitness, social fitness, belonging, compassion, and meaningful human connection. Through clubs, experiences, conversations, games, and community initiatives, we are creating opportunities for people to connect, thrive, and become better humans together.
THE VISION
A world where everyone feels seen, valued, connected, and empowered to thrive.
THE MISSION
To alleviate loneliness and build a more connected world by strengthening mental fitness, social fitness, belonging, compassion, and meaningful human connection.

I believe in creating meaningful experiences that inspire connection, foster belonging, and strengthen our shared humanity.
Today, mental and social fitness are more important than ever. As loneliness, isolation, and disconnection continue to affect people of all ages, we have an opportunity to create communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and connected.
In 2026, a student at the University of California, Irvine launched the first Better Humans Club. What began as a simple idea—to help end the loneliness epidemic together—quickly grew into a thriving community of more than 60 members and continues to expand.
Through speed friending events, game nights, meaningful conversations, service opportunities, and creative indoor and outdoor activities, the Better Humans Club provides students with opportunities to build authentic relationships and strengthen their mental and social fitness.
More than a club, Better Humans is a growing movement dedicated to connection, compassion, belonging, and helping people become the best versions of themselves. The success of the first club has created a framework for future expansion to schools, colleges, workplaces, and communities seeking to build a more connected world.
